Production Time -

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING ANY NEW ORDERS

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are currently in our peak season for gift production, and have a unforeseen delay and as a result, our lead times are longer than usual. Here is an update on our timelines:

ORDERS PLACED OCTOBER & EARLY NOVEMBER WILL ALL BE DONE AND ON THE WAY

TO ALL CUSTOMERS BY 12^th DEC.

EVERYONE WILL HAVE THEIR ORDERS BEFORE XMAS.

 If you need further assistance or have any concerns with the wait time, please feel free to reach out with your order number and a refund request. If your order has not yet been made, we will be happy to issue a refund.

We apologise for the wait and appreciate your understanding. Our team does make every effort to advise about expected lead times during this busy period, as this is common for us at this time of year.
